The Bandai MGSD ASW-G-08 Barbatos is a Master Grade Super Deformed Gunpla kit from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. This SD Gunpla Kit features everything you can find on a Master Grade set all in a tiny and cute form factor.

The Master Grade SD Gundam Barbatos comes packed with features in a more chibi style format. As a Master Grade Kit, the articulation and attention to detail definitely shines with the Barbatos. The articulation allows for wide and natural motions. There are multiple movable axis on the head, arms, neck, backpack, shoulder guard, allowing Builders to properly display this model. The torso can be swiveled side to side or band fowards and backwards. The knee armor moves in conjunction with the legs and the toes also have it's own articulation to achieve complex leg actions. Each cylinders found in the body will extend or retract to reach that range of motion builders are trying achieve the perfect pose. The weaponry the Barbatos has can also be attached on it. The 300mm Smoothbore Gun, mace, and sword can be mounted on it's backpack.

Underneath the armor, the skeletal structure of the Gundam Barbatos boasts high detail. The camera eyes uses multi-layer effects to show off the detail internals of the head. In addition, some cuts on the armor have sculpted concave and convex edges to reflect light properly. This works in conjunction with the metallic gloss injection parts that the Barbatos comes with, most noticeable on his abdomen.
